I am in a room filled with people I dont recognize, but the whole room seems to be faded and blurry and I feel like i am about to pass out. Everyone just keeps eating and drinking and i realize that they are having a party. I stumble through the crowd and out a door into an unsettlingly lit hallway. I feel trapped inside this building, and as if I have no control over what happens to me. a woman who looks to be in authority walks up to me and tells me that i shouldnt be out of the party, and i need to go back. she says i am not acting like myself and that she will have to rethink something, but i dont know what she is going to rethink. When i go back into the party room, everyone is gone except for 3 people that i consider to be my best friends, and they all stare at me disapprovingly for what feels like minutes before they resume their conversation with me and act normal, but i am unsettled by them.
This dream suggests feelings of disconnection, confusion, and a lack of control in your waking life. The faded and blurry room symbolizes a sense of unfamiliarity and an inability to clearly see or understand your surroundings. The feeling of about to pass out hints at overwhelmed emotions or a sense of being overwhelmed in your current situation.
The party represents social interactions or events in your life where people are indulging in pleasure or distractions. Despite being in a room filled with people, you feel alone and trapped, indicating a sense of isolation or not fitting in with the crowd.
The woman in authority represents an aspect of yourself that is critical, judgmental, or strict. Her remark about you not acting like yourself suggests a concern about your behavior or how you are presenting yourself to others. Her statement about rethinking something indicates that there may be a need for self-reflection or a reassessment of certain aspects of your life.
When you return to the party room and find only your three best friends who initially disapprove of you, it suggests a fear of judgment or disapproval from those closest to you. This uneasiness may stem from a perceived disconnect between your own feelings and actions, and how your friends perceive you.
Overall, this dream may be urging you to explore your feelings of detachment, the need for self-reflection, and the fear of being judged or misunderstood by others. It could be beneficial to evaluate your current circumstances and relationships to regain a sense of control and connection.
